Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 35,000 – Php 40,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm PHT

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities as a Customer Support Representative :

Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately, maintaining a professional tone.
Handle occasional phone inquiries with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely resolution of inquiries.
Track and document customer interactions and feedback
Provide information about products, services, pricing, and warranties to customers.
Assist in processing orders, managing returns, and issuing refunds when necessary.
Identify and suggest improvements to existing customer service processes.
Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and updates when required.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.

Qualifications as a Customer Service Support:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2-3 years of proven experience in customer support environment or a similar client-facing role.
Shopify experience is a requirement
Proven email support experience and answering multiple inquiries efficiently
Previous experience working for retail or ecommerce business is a good to have
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a professional and approachable tone.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in using email, CRM systems, and other communication tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all customer interactions.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with home improvement products or a similar industry is an advantage.
