Job description

Are you a Workday HRIS specialist eager to make a significant impact on our HR operations and overall employee experience?  Join our collaborative and talented HR team as a Workday HRIS Analyst and enhance our HR systems and processes.

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you’ll do as a Workday HRIS Analyst:

  • Provide expertise in the functional configuration of HCM and other Workday product areas

  • Assist end users and HR business partners with inquiries investigating and troubleshooting data and business process errors

  • Optimize our HRIS to support HR business processes, policies, and third-party integrations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes using Workday

  • Define system requirements, research capabilities, performs configuration and testing prior to implementation of system changes

  • Support end user training by creating and updating Job Aids and assisting in the delivery of facilitated training and demonstrations

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of HRIS experience in a systems admin or analyst role supporting Workday

  • Knowledge and experience with HCM Workday product area, and familiarity or training in a secondary product area

  • Expertise in configuring multiple Workday product areas, with a strong understanding of cross-functional touchpoints, HRIS security, calculated fields, and custom reports

  • Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and collaborative skills.

  • Proficient in MS Excel

$84,000.00 - $89,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
