Job description

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to translate business requirements into innovative and user-friendly design solutions.

This position is 100% remote in Colombia.

Responsibilities:

User Research and Analysis
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Analyze user feedback and usability testing results to inform design decisions.
UI/UX Design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Information Architecture
- Define and optimize information architecture to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Develop site maps, user flows, and navigation models.
Usability Testing
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing results and stakeholder feedback.
Interaction Design
- Design and specify user interactions and behaviors.
- Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and functionality.
Collaboration
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with responsive design and mobile app design.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus
