Responsibilities / Position overview:
The role of Associate, Market Access Strategy and Insights is responsible for developing, managing, and directing all aspects of various market access projects. Must have a strong understanding of the marketplace, health policy, and key/emerging trends. Responsibilities include timely and organized planning, project management, coordination, communication for all project team members through all phases of projects to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner and within department/company standard operating procedures. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to design, develop, and deliver solutions to client challenges.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
• Contribute to consulting engagements and delivery of Strategy and Insights projects
• Lead primary and secondary research
• Develop logical and insightful analyses, innovative and effective recommendations, and well-structured, high-quality deliverables
• Contribute to proposal development for business development opportunities
• Be a strong resource for agency staff supporting strategic planning and tactic execution
• Develop intellectual capital and new capability building
• Play entrepreneurial and supportive role in practice development and growth of the Market Access Strategy and Insights team and assist to forecast future project needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising or related field; advanced degree preferred MBA, MPH, or PharmD/PhD
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced agency and/or consulting environment
• Rapid learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and ability to stay on top of market/policy trends
• Demonstrated experience and success in leadership of cross-functional teams
• Incisive thinking, decisive action
• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications with strong capability in Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates must possess US work authorization
