As our Process and Documentation Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-quality content and documentation that empowers our sales and marketing teams to excel. Your enthusiasm for clear and concise communication will be crucial as you create and maintain an accessible library of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and maintain detailed process documentation, guides, and educational materials.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their documentation needs and deliver precise content.
- Utilize enablement tools such as Canva and PowerPoint to create engaging and visually compelling training materials.
- Harness the power of AI to streamline content creation, improve documentation processes, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Maintain a pulse on the latest AI tools and advancements, including familiarity with ChatGPT, to integrate into our processes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to help teams make the best use of enablement materials and tools.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in process documentation with a portfolio of work.
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams to understand and document complex processes.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and PowerPoint.
- A strong passion for or experience with AI tools and technologies, with specific mentions being a significant plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a documentation role within a sales or marketing environment.
