About The Role

We are looking for a driven and highly-motivated candidate to join the Digital Marketing Services team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. You will manage digital marketing campaigns for our partner schools and colleges and strive to provide them with unmatched value. You will also work with analysts on the Operations team to identify inefficiencies in our processes and develop systematic approaches to digital marketing. Your work will directly impact our ability to grow the direct sales organization at Niche.

 

What You Will Do

During the First Month:

  • Learn about Niche through our Onboarding meetings
  • Work with members of the Digital Marketing Services team to begin to understand our users, our partners, the industry, and our direct sales organization
  • Shadow team members to learn more about how we collaborate with other areas of the business and how your role fits with external stakeholders and teams
  • Learn the basics of Salesforce and understand how the Digital Marketing Services team uses it for workflow management
  • Learn how to build, manage and maintain digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Within 3 Months:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our sales organization and how Digital Marketing Services works with the Partnerships Management team
  • Begin independently setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns for our partners 
  • Develop an understanding of how to use insights from ad performance to drive campaign optimizations
  • Perform self-directed research to stay up-to-date on industry standards and identify new marketing channels and strategies

Within 6 Months:

  • Start to identify ways we can improve our digital marketing efforts and work with other members of the team to implement change
  • Become obsessed with driving value for our partners—test different ad creatives, work with analysts to automate processes, optimize spend
  • Create reports and dashboards to help partners see how their campaigns are performing, communicating key takeaways and areas for focus

Within 12 Months:

  • You will have a deep knowledge of our product, company, and sales organization
  • You will be an expert on digital marketing for colleges and K-12 schools
  • You will be held accountable for driving value for our partners through digital marketing

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (other ad platform experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or a similar platform.
  • Experience working with and managing a large number of partners (50+) is a plus.
  • Passion for learning new things.
  • Proven track record of getting things done.
  • A “whatever it takes” approach to your work.

Compensation 

Our national target base salary range is $53,850 - $67,300, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
