Job description

Position Overview

As a Full-Stack Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of business operations, including Salesforce management, Google Ads campaigns, SEO/PPC strategies, and providing personal administrative assistance. You will play a key role in managing client workflows, automating processes, and staying on top of emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency. Your ability to work independently and manage customer relationships will be essential to the role.

This is a remote position offering flexibility while requiring a strong grasp of various systems, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Management: Oversee and manage Salesforce workflows, ensuring proper integration of sales pipelines, customer data, and performance metrics. Execute text automations and ensure the CRM system is aligned with company needs.
  • Google Ads & PPC Campaigns: Expertly run and manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns. Optimize campaigns for performance, targeting, and conversions, ensuring ads are PPC and SEO-friendly.
  • SEO Execution: Implement SEO best practices in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring organic traffic growth and optimal website ranking.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by actively researching new technologies and innovations. Apply these learnings to enhance efficiency, improve systems, and optimize day-to-day tasks.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries or issues efficiently. Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Google Workspace Proficiency: Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document management using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc.). Support clients as a Personal Secretary for administrative tasks, including managing appointments and coordinating communication.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement better ways to streamline operations, automate repetitive tasks, and use new tools or technology for more efficient execution.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar position, with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Ads, PPC, SEO, and Google Workspace.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its capabilities, with hands-on experience managing workflows, automating tasks, and driving efficiencies within the system.
  • Google Ads & PPC: Deep understanding of Google Ads and PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking. Proven ability to optimize and scale campaigns.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong grasp of SEO principles and the ability to execute SEO-friendly strategies for driving organic traffic and improving website rankings.
  • Research & Tech-Savvy: Strong research skills, with a passion for discovering new technologies and strategies to improve work performance and efficiency. Must be proactive in learning and implementing best practices.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Google Workspace Expertise: Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.) to manage schedules, emails, and documentation.
  • Self-Sufficient & Proactive: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks effectively without constant supervision.
