Job description

We are recruiting a skilled Temporary Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative and executive support for our client. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your organizational, communication, and time management skills and have the opportunity to be hired on permanently! Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative support to a high-level executive.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and other leaders, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration on behalf of the executive through clear and engaging communication.
  • Arrange travel, schedule internal and external meetings, and organize the executive’s calendar efficiently and per the executive’s preferences.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other professional documents to ensure high quality and clarity.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all business dealings related to the work and support that you provide to this executive.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role or transferable skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with video meeting platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and FaceTime.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
