Eu Yan Sang (HK) Ltd is now looking for a high caliber candidate in the following position:

What YOU’ll Do

• Monitor the food quality system to assure the production process is in compliance with the HACCP/ GMP standards
• Prepare and review the quality documents including but not limited to SOP and specifications
• Perform sampling and inspection of packaging materials to meet the company's quality specifications
• Coordinate and participate in work safety, quality assurance and hygiene procedures training for related staff
• Conduct supplier audit to engage proactively in food supply chain
• Participate in investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
• Participate in new product development and pilot trial processes
• Other ad hoc projects assigned by the superior
  
  

What YOU’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical or other related disciplines
• Strong knowledge of the HACCP/ GMP quality system is essential
• Training in HACCP/ ISO22000/ISO9000/Auditing/Project Management is preferable
• Self-motivated, independent and with good communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills
• Well-organized, attention to detail with solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Immediate available preferred
