Position: Landlord-Tenant Lawyer (Litigation Attorney)

Location: Irvine, CA (Remote - Travel required for trials in LA, OC, or SD)

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent property managers, landlords, and HOAs in both plaintiff and defense litigation.
  • Focus on breach of contract cases within the realm of civil litigation.
  • Oversee all facets of legal representation, including trial preparation, discovery, motions, and pleadings.
  • Conduct remote hearings and be prepared to travel to Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside, and neighboring regions for in-person trials.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide strategic legal advice and ensure favorable outcomes in their cases.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a trial attorney with a solid foundation in litigation.
  • Proficiency in landlord-tenant law, civil litigation, and breach of contract issues.
  • Competence in drafting motions, pleadings, and conducting discovery.
  • Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Comfort in conducting remote hearings as well as in-person trials across various counties in California.

Qualifications
