Job Overview

We are in search of an innovative and motivated Social Media Associate to join our dynamic team in a remote work environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about harnessing the power of social media to create impactful and engaging content that resonates with audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and pitch fresh ideas while leading design initiatives that align with established brand guidelines.
• Craft visually compelling digital graphics for social media platforms including YouTube and Instagram, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Design static posts and conduct data-driven assessments to optimize audience interaction and engagement.
• Oversee and maintain the content calendar for various brands.
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms, actively monitoring and engaging with audience comments and messages.
• Collaborate closely with the Brand Partnerships team to develop strategic social media plans.
• Work alongside the Creative Strategist to identify avenues for growth and engagement.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions aimed at generating creative content that encourages active audience participation.
• Implement systems to efficiently organize and manage digital assets.
• Occasionally visit production sets to capture content for social media dissemination.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design combined with at least 1 year of experience in social media or content creation.
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for process optimization.
• Data-oriented with a solid understanding of strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Profound knowledge of organic social media tactics and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for visual design elements, including typography and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
• A creative problem solver capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
