Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a dynamic content strategy for Instagram and Facebook, ensuring daily posts that captivate and engage our audience
  
• Create and manage content for the LTK (Like To Know It) platform, expertly curating travel-related products and experiences
  
• Produce eye-catching reels and video content that showcase destinations and travel tips
  
• Design and implement affiliate marketing campaigns, linking curated products to generate revenue
  
• Craft content that supports our team-building efforts and attracts top-tier travel agents to join our growing company
  
• Collaborate on the development and maintenance of our website’s landing page, ensuring it aligns with our social media presence
  
• Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates, adapting our strategy to maximize reach and engagement
  
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to continually improve our online performance
  
• Explore and prepare for potential expansion to TikTok, developing a strategy to capture a new audience
  
• Assist in creating content focused on professional wear for travel industry professionals
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly with Instagram and Facebook
  
• Proficiency in content creation and scheduling tools
  
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, especially LTK (Like To Know It)
  
• Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
  
• Excellent visual content creation skills, including photo editing and basic video production
  
• Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible work environment
  
• Passion for travel and knowledge of current travel industry trends
  
• Experience with analytics tools and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies as they emerge
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required if you have equivalent experience
