We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who hasmexperice with full-cycle recruiting . We are looking for a candidate who will take our recuriting department to the next level.

  • Work with company management to design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Constatnly update and develop job posting, sepficiations, and descriptions so that we are attracting top level candidates
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate areas.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Other Responsibilities May Include

  • Involvement in administrative tasks: filing, phone calls, reminders, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
