Data Analyst
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Sydney with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Overview
This fast-growing fitness company is building new systems and processes to scale up their operations. They need someone to help collect and analyze data to drive executive decisions. You'll be working with state-of-the-art systems in a hot industry helping to shape the strategy of an inspiring young business.
In this role, you'll be:
Extracting data from multiple systems and entering it into spreadsheets and reports. Attention to detail is key as the leadership team will use these reports to make key decisions.
Communicating to clients of the business, handling inbound email inquiries, providing prompt and professional support to members on memberships, billing, bookings, and club information.
Responsibilities
- Extract data from company software systems
- Enter data into provided templates
- Build reports based on templates provided by managers
- Deliver reports adhering to deadlines
Proficient with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)
Experience extracting data from software systems
Strong time management and organization
Diligent with an eye for detail
Flexible schedule with ability to meet report deadlines
Strong written communication skills
A passion for helping others ensuring an exceptional member experience.
