Job description

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for Junior Program Analyst. The Junior Program Analyst (JPA) will assist with administrative efforts by participating in planning, implementing, administering, and evaluating various public health programs. The JPA will help prepare and facilitate meetings between Public Health and external entities and create a tracking system to capture compliance with grant requirements and evaluate public health program activities. The JPA will prepare reports and develop talking points and presentations for leadership to communicate program progress, modifications, or improvements based on program evaluations.

The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 6/30/2025 with potential renewal.

Pay Rate-

$42.08/hr

Job Duties

  • This position in particular, will participate on a team that encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including assisting in managing complex budgets, federal grants, large program administration, meeting facilitation, strategic planning, and data governance development. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work across several projects

Skills/Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience creating and managing complex budgets for federal grants required
  • 1-3 years experience managing grants and/or project management highly desired.
  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, PowerBI, and project management software (e.g. Jira or Azure DevOps Boards) highly desired.
  • 1-3 years experience with administrative tasks highly desired
  • Experience working on technological projects or data-driven projects highly desired.
  • Experience with Data Modernization Initiative Projects desired.
