Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting daily outbound calls using provided data to generate new business leads.

  • Achieving realistic weekly and monthly sales, revenue targets, and KPIs.

  • Collaborating with Team Leaders to identify and generate leads across different business sectors.

  • Ensuring all sales comply with company quality standards and sales compliance rules.

  • Proactively identifying opportunities for new business.

  • Accurately inputting and maintaining prospective client information in the company’s unique CRM system.

  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients, seeking guidance from Team Leaders when needed.

  • Communicating professionally and consistently with clients, always aligning with our company values.
