We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated General Liability Claims Adjuster to join our dynamic claims team. If you have a proven track record in handling general liability and construction defect claims, possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Conduct thorough investigations of general liability and construction defect claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
Gather relevant information, interview involved parties, and inspect damaged properties or sites.
Interpret insurance policies to determine coverage applicability and limitations.
Provide clear and accurate coverage decisions to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Evaluate damages, negotiate settlements, and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and industry standards.

Salary/Benefits

$75,000 - $80,000 annual base salary (based on experience)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience as a General Liability Claims Adjuster or in a similar claims handling role.
3+ years of handling General Liability Claims for a security guard account
Strong knowledge of general liability insurance principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with claims management software.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AIC, CPCU) are a plus.
