Product Marketing Manager - Remote

AllCampus is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic go-to-market efforts for our product solution offerings. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution excellence to position our solutions effectively in the higher education market. In this role, your insights will shape customer segmentation strategies, refine product offerings, and craft compelling value propositions. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure our products are scalable, impactful, and aligned with market demands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Segmentation and Insights
- Conduct in-depth university client segmentation mapping to identify and expand current and new target audiences (e.g., R1, R2, regional public/private institutions, M1, M2).
- Develop empathy maps for key buyer personas and influencers within each segment to guide product positioning and strategy.
- Drive voice-of-customer initiatives to uncover actionable insights for each customer segment, shaping product development and messaging.
Product and Solution Development
- Collaborate across teams to create product offerings tailored to the unique needs of specific customer segments, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Analyze current services and design innovative ways to repackage or expand offerings for different customer groups.
- Partner with executive leadership, enrollment, and Marketing teams to refine and scale new solutions from experimental programs.
- Work with Finance to develop competitive pricing models that balance market expectations and AllCampus’s financial goals.
Strategic Messaging and Brand Positioning
- Craft market-relevant messaging and positioning statements that resonate with customer needs across all segments.
- Create value propositions for new and existing solutions, ensuring clear, compelling narratives for marketing and sales materials.
- Develop impactful collateral, including pitch decks and campaign assets, to simplify the buying process and elevate the brand’s presence in the market.
- Explore long-term thought leadership opportunities to position AllCampus as an industry leader in higher education solutions.
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Train sales teams on effectively positioning and selling AllCampus solutions, leveraging buyer insights and strategic messaging.
- Collaborate with Finance to produce pro forma models that inform pricing strategies and sales opportunities.
- Design and implement marketing plans, incorporating digital campaigns, webinars, trade shows, and white papers to promote solutions effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with executive leadership, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are scalable, deployable, and aligned with AllCampus’s strategic objectives.
- Foster collaboration between departments to deliver cohesive and effective product marketing initiatives.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B or higher education context.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SaaS products or solutions tailored to higher education institutions.
- Knowledge of tools and methodologies for segmentation, customer empathy mapping, and competitive analysis.
- Experience with B2B and/or ABX
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000.
