Tasks

Your Role

As a Field Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting global operations while leveraging your project management and coordination expertise. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones for global operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and document outcomes to keep stakeholders aligned.


Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor project progress and performance, delivering regular updates and insights.
  • Analyze data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement, proposing practical solutions.


Resource Management:

  • Assist in allocating and managing resources for seamless project execution.
  • Track resource utilization and recommend strategies for optimization.


Customer Communication Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Manage customer inquiries, updates, and feedback through our tools, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and coordination, with exposure to customer management.
  • University degree in a relevant field.


Languages:

  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • French proficiency is highly preferred; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.


Skills:

  • Strong PC and internet literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn.
