Position Description: The Project Support Analyst provides administrative and analytical support to ensure the timely and accurate completion of project milestones and deliverables.
Minimum/General Experience: 4 years of project support experience; federal government experience required; Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) experience (preferred); healthcare industry experience (preferred)
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business or associated discipline

- Above average experience coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, and recording meeting minutes
- Above average experience planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Above average experience documenting and distributing key takeaways from stakeholder meetings
- Above average experience monitoring project progress, tracking action items, and providing regular updates to the project team
- Above average experience supporting and maintaining project documentation
- Above average experience researching and compiling qualitative and quantitative data from internal and external sources
- Experience supporting project deliverables and work products
- Experience supporting the development of process documentation and process improvement
- Excellent experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Excellent organizational skills

Tasks/activities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Manages and maintains project team schedules, appointments, and calendar invites
- Tracks and reports status on deliverables, work products, and other team activities
- Collects and analyzes project data to monitor project delivery performance
- Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations, and deliverables
- Provides meeting support for project team members and client support activities (e.g., agendas, read aheads, minutes)
- Supports project assessment deliverables
- Collects project team qualitative and quantitative data, ensures data integrity, and conducts high-level data analysis and reporting
- Conducts and compiles research in support of project deliverables
- Supports process mapping and process improvement deliverables
- Manages project processes and templates
- Files and retrieves electronic documents and reference materials
- Maintains and manages accurate and organized project documentation
Compensation & Benefits: The annual projected pay range for this position is $67,031.00 - $142,177.00 with consideration being given to various factors including but not limited to qualifications, experience, job responsibilities, and geographic location.
