About the role


The Partner Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in launching the extension of a remarkable program to the US by enabling IT resellers to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will consult on marketing tactics, manage partner relationships, and provide strategic and operational support, including training, campaign management and reporting. This position combines elements of project management, partner enablement, marketing consultancy, and relationship building in a dynamic B2B technology environment.


What you'll do

  • Plan, manage, and support partner marketing plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance on marketing & sales tools and strategies to promote vendor products.
  • Advise on and support the execution of marketing tactics, both online (e.g., email, SEO, social media, video production) and offline (e.g., events, telemarketing, print advertising).
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaign performance, sharing feedback and recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, showcasing progress and actionable insights.
  • Onboard partners to marketing platforms, conduct demos, deliver training sessions or webinars and commit to their engagement growth
  • Liaise with suppliers to facilitate top partnership contract renewals
  • Collaborate with local teams on MDF requests and claims, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Foster trusted relationships with key decision-makers to enable long-term success.
  • Manage agencies, oversee deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes.


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in the tech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing tactics, campaign management, and digital tools.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with experience generating and presenting data.
  • Exceptional client liaison, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Passion for technology and keeping up with marketing trends.
