Position:

In this entry-level role, you will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and partner programs designed to boost demand and drive sales growth for our North American partner institutions (Canada & USA). You will work closely with the Global Partner Marketing – North America and collaborate with a diverse team to support key marketing initiatives and help institutions build their global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and partner programs aimed at increasing visibility and driving pipeline growth for North American institutions.
  • Project Management Assistance: Support the creation of clear and detailed briefs for campaigns, monitor project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time. Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track tasks and manage communications with cross-functional teams.
  • Partner Engagement: Help build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions by coordinating regular communication, including meetings, action plans, and follow-ups.
  • Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring the performance of campaigns through data tracking and analysis. Help compile regular reports and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates to internal teams and external partners. Help ensure smooth communication across different departments and with partner institutions, offering solutions where challenges arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or similar
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
  • Must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of design and email software
  • Knowledge and expertise with multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Ability to deliver creative text, image, and video content
  • Familiar with marketing channels and online marketing strategies
  • Ability to grasp future digital technology trends and act on them proactively
  • Strong attention to detail
