Our client is hiring a
Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in Call Center Operations and Business Analytics to join their growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making across departments, including Marketing, Product Development, and Client Services. You will craft and manage data visualizations, analyze diverse data sets, and provide actionable insights to inform key business decisions. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external clients, playing an integral role in optimizing call center performance, customer acquisition campaigns, and overall business growth. Your insights will also support the development of data models and strategies, working directly with C-Level executives to guide the company's strategic direction through data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in call center operations and business analytics, with proficiency in SQL, statistical languages (Python or R), Excel, and BI visualization tools like AWS QuickSight. You are adept at interpreting complex data and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for business intelligence, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment are essential.

Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in Call Center Operations and Business Analytics, with a proven track record of using data to influence business decisions.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL and statistical languages (Python or R), along with advanced skills in Excel and BI visualization tools (e.g., AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Skills: strong ability to interpret complex data and distill actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent at presenting data findings to C-Level executives and other key stakeholders, translating complex analysis into understandable, strategic recommendations.
