Senior Learning & Development Coordinator

Full-Time, Permanent Contract 

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum + company bonus scheme
Working:
35hrs/week, Monday - Friday
Location:
Hybrid – flexibility between home and office working, with some office attendance and occasional travel within Europe at least once per quarter

The role will be focussed primarily on content creation, coordination and measurement, which will help our colleagues to gain new skills and knowledge to grow in their careers.

  

You will be responsible for: 

  • Creating and communicating available Learning and Development content and resources to all of our businesses
  • Coordinating training initiatives such as webinars, e-learning content launches and training programmes for our European offices.
  • Creation and continuous improvement of engaging L&D content and courses to support colleague learning and business strategy
  • Working with external suppliers, new potential suppliers, and colleagues to explore and recommend more effective L&D capability
  • Act as a super user / coach on key L&D platforms to support and collaborate with colleagues from across the business to share and implement global best practice
  • Managing reporting on internal employee usage and effectiveness of live and online learning programmes

 

You will have: 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workloads
  • A growth mindset and embrace innovation and continuous improvement principles
  • Good content creation and video editing skills
    • Able to navigate back end and front end user experience within training platforms for our learners
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and at least one other European language
