Job description

The Senior Marketing Executive operates at the core of the marketing team, directly reporting to the Head of Marketing. In this role, the Senior Marketing Executive collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, content creation, design, and customer service, to maintain a harmonious and efficient branding strategy.

This position supports the brand managers in day-to-day operations and is pivotal in influencing the brand's perception both internally and externally, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with corporate objectives. The Senior Marketing Executive also acts as a main liaison between the brand manager and other business units by providing operational support to ensure deliverables are met.


    • Implement and monitor daily marketing execution, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing plan and maximizing impact for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Gather and analyze industry reports, market trends, and consumer insights to assess ongoing marketing efforts and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with sales, product development, and content teams to develop messaging that resonates with target audiences and supports a unified brand narrative.
    • Work alongside Brand Managers to create and execute both digital and print marketing campaigns, using innovative strategies to increase reach and engagement.
    • Utilize CRM and data analytics tools to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to refine and optimize future marketing strategies.

Qualification 

  • BA Degree on Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant. 
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP) or Digital Marketing Pro from the Digital Marketing Institute are advantageous.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing management is required
  • Strong focus on digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, any Email Marketing Tool and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills are crucial. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively and effectively under pressure, alongside a passion for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
    


Work Arrangement

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4PM to 1AM (8AM UK time)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home with occasional visits to the office
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is accessible from Ortigas CBD, Eastwood, C5 Road, and Rizal areas. Building is across Tiendesitas and IPI Pasig.
