Job description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Contractor to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across key platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads. You will play a crucial role in driving leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting our overall digital marketing strategy. What You'll Do

Global Support for LinkedIn and Google Ads: Initiate new ad campaigns and consistently refine existing ones for optimal performance. This includes conducting keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and budget management.

Support Digital Strategy: Proactively suggest enhancements for ongoing campaigns and identify areas for experimentation and testing. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital advertising trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge.

Creative Design with Canva: Master Canva to craft compelling ads for RollWorks Display and LinkedIn, aligning with branding and objectives. Develop visually engaging creatives that capture attention and drive clicks.

Leveraging ChatGPT: Harness the power of Google Gemini or ChatGPT to generate fresh ad copy, ensuring messaging resonates effectively with the target audience. Explore innovative ways to use AI to enhance ad copy and improve campaign performance.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital advertising campaigns. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Your Background

Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads.

Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

Creative Mindset: Experience in developing engaging ad creatives and writing compelling ad copy that converts. Proficiency with Canva is a plus.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, tools, and technologies. Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting tools is essential.

Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present data and insights to stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

Experience with RollWorks Display advertising/ ABM Tools.

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation.
