How you will make an impact: 
As the Director of Workers' Compensation leads client-focused risk management services, including overseeing the workers’ compensation insurance claims process. This role requires strategic thinking, expertise in claims principles, proven team management skills, and a commitment to compliance and risk reduction. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual and should possess the capability to efficiently oversee and implement the organization of numerous projects within specified timelines and expectations.

What you will need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management (AIC) or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a related field (Preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing workers' compensation claims.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in using claims management software, databases, and other tools including Microsoft Office. 
  • Prior experience in PEO/HR Shared Services/Staffing Industry (Preferred).
  • Certified Workers' Compensation Professional (CWCP) certification (Preferred).
  • Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification (Preferred).
