Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Research general trends in the market.
- Write SQL queries and Build Tableau and SFX Salesforce dashboards to visualize pilot performance
- Learn and understand vAuto metrics and software (training provided)
- Assist in all aspects of project planning and implementation as needed.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule to include administrative tasks involved with the project. Ensure that all aspects of the project stay on task.
- Organize and coordinate meetings related to the assigned project(s).
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external business customers at all levels.
- Provides timely project status updates.
- Recommend processes to continually improve performances, resources and skills.
- Draft and communicate operations project related policies.
- Deliver a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the key findings and recommendations for change
Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and skills
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, college studies preferred
- Analytics, Automotive or Operations experience preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel
- Must be proficient in SQL and Tableau
- Ability to work flexible hours, overtime, including overnights and weekends
- Must have strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to demonstrate initiative to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, and able to ask check for understanding
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
