Reporting to a Senior Manager of Client Success, you will coordinate the completion of multiple parallel projects on time, within budget and within scope, in a post-sale capacity.
What you'll be doing...
This is a client-facing role within the Client Success team, which delivers on all aspects of commercial programs (email, display, social, media, custom solutions, content marketing and custom video.) The Client Success Manager will take ownership of specific accounts and oversee all delivery tasks across many sold programs.
You will;
- Execute cross-platform custom marketing programs rooted in digital, social, media and experiential that elevate integrated marketing and advertising sales initiatives
- Execute on deliverables, including the editorial, email, ad delivery, trade marketing, audience development and business intelligence.
- Strong focus on performance monitoring and recap presentations to fuel renewals
- Form recommendations to grow business opportunities with existing clients
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...
- Be familiar with Future B2B brands and immersed in Internet culture
- 3+ years working for an agency (media, digital or creative) or media company, in a client facing role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Solid grasp of digital media products, standards and best practices
- Experience with paid social media campaigns
- Digital-savvy, with strong understanding of virtual networking tools, Google suite and and Microsoft products
