Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Technology Consulting to lead our Technology Consulting team. This full-time, remote role requires a strategic leader skilled in representing Mazzetti externally, brand building, building and managing teams, driving business growth, and overseeing financial performance. With a focus on healthcare technology and IT, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the industry and demonstrate strong technical and leadership skills. 


Your Tasks Will Involve

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5+ staff, ensuring performance and growth. Help us grow the team in tandem with the growth in opportunities and revenue growth. 
  • Business Development: Drive client acquisition, expand opportunities in healthcare technology/IT, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, and handle P&L reporting.
  • Project Management: Lead large-scale consulting projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Shape the vision for the Technology practice, adapting to market trends.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize tools like Microsoft Studio, Excel, and Bluebeam; apply IT certifications (RCDD, CCNA) in decision-making.
  • Networking & Client Engagement: Represent the company at events and engage with clients.

Work Location

This is a remote position, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere in the continental United States, with preference near a Mazzetti office location.


Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 35% travel for client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration. 


Requirements

Expertise And Abilities You Will Contribute

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare technology or IT/Low Voltage.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of 5+ employees.
  • Strong business acumen with a history of building and expanding service offerings, market share, or client portfolios. 
  • Expertise in financial management, including P&L responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Studio, Excel, and Bluebeam. 
  • Demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of success managing or contributing to large-scale projects with complex scopes and multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the AEC industry, including familiarity with design and construction processes, project delivery methods, and stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred:

  • RCDD, CCNA, or equivalent IT certifications

Compensation: The typical salary range for a Director of Technology Consulting is $160,000 - $190,000. The ultimate compensation may vary depending on your experience and job-related skills.
