Job description

Position: Business / Founding Partner (Technology Staffing & Staff Augmentation)
Work Location: Remote
Salary: Only Partnership based Opportunity (50%)

Role:
As a Business Founding Partner, you will be responsible for the business development for the company into Technology Staffing and Staff Augmentation. You will have a delivery team sitting offshore in India supporting you for client’s staffing & augmentation needs.

It’s well suited if you are a/an:
  • Self-starter, multi-tasker, and self-motivated
  • Individual contributor and a team player
  • Freelancer or want to start your own business
  • Passionate Leader with winning mindset

Qualifications:
  • Relevant academic background in Sales, Business or IT field or equivalent experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in Sales in Technology Staffing or Staff Augmentation
  • Track record of billing success and ability to win and grow accounts
  • Experience working with an offshore team in a similar set up will be a plus
  • Experience in using different recruitment tools will be a plus
