This is a dual role crucial to attracting future talent to shape the future of the company. The role is split between hiring exceptional early career talent to join Belden's LAUNCH - Early Career Leadership Program (ECLP) as well as managing and coordinating the same program in the EMEA region.
Reporting Line : Director, HR Processes, Systems & Analytics (based in UK)
Location : A hybrid role working remotely 2 days a week and a minimum of 3 days in the office at your nearest Belden location (preferably either Neckartenzlingen, Germany; Venlo, Netherlands or Olen, Belgium).
You will make an impact in the following way :
- To manage and coordinate our LAUNCH - Early Career Leadership Program (ECLP) in EMEA, from job posting through leading the selection process to the offer stage followed by the onboarding and entire coordination of the 3-year duration program.
- To be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire application process;
- Manage university relations across EMEA, organising and attending careers fairs, assessment centres and other early careers events;
- Establish a sustainable Internship Program for EMEA with the purpose to strategically attract and retain early career talent to Belden
- Create a high quality development experience for our LAUNCH participants, e.g. through organizing regular regional networking events and inspirational key note speeches or internal training with our senior leaders.
- Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and translate these into comprehensive and robust recruitment solutions;
- Develop creative strategies and sourcing techniques to attract the best talent, addressing future skills requirements and creating a talent pipeline;
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the entire hiring process
What you will bring:
Passion Passion : You are passionate about recruiting and talent, enjoy connecting with people and have a results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership;
Education : You have a university degree business administration or relevant education;
Experience Experience : You have experience in recruiting and talent acquisition in industrial environments and markets, preferably with an Early Careers focus;
Soft skills Soft Skills : You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and excel at building strong relationships;
Languages : You can speak English fluently; an advanced level of German/Dutch or another European language is advantageous;
