CAPA and Compliance Specialist

Job Description

• Conduct field-based assessments in support of specialized services within a line of business.
• Conduct desktop-based remediation process (Online and Offline CAPA review, re-grades, and documentation review) and deliver high and consistent quality of result within required timeframe.
• Conduct analysis of internal factory systems and how they relate to the overall effectiveness of the system.
• Ability to identify steps required to implement internal changes and create a plan to complete each task.
• As needed, support the development and implementation of tools and training at the factory level.
• Support the Program Manager and Team Leader, as needed, in specific project-based work in CBCI and Operations.
• Support Program Manager in development of training content related to advisory services and assist in delivery of trainings in local language and English.
• Review reports, content and language, before submission to Team Leader.
• Coordinates field work, assist with logistics and tracks works. Provide on-the-ground research support relating to assigned geographic region.
• Participate in team development.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Qualifications

• Two years work experience in CSR-related field or social compliance auditing is preferred.
• Bi-lingual w/ English
• University degree in related field.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English required, proficiency in a secondary language preferred.
• Strong skills in internet research and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards and human rights issues preferred.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Proficient in analyzing and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient skill in inter-human communication with factory management.
