Job description

We are building an AI system for analysts and scientists, based on a fundamentally new approach to reasoning and knowledge representation. We go beyond state-of-the-art LLMs by combining algorithms in symbolic ways, to provide novel capabilities like performing multi-step analysis, displaying a verifiable reasoning path, and assessing uncertainty. We envision applications in analysis and research in domains such as Finance, Strategy Consulting, Engineering, Material Sciences, and more.

We’re looking for an analytical, experienced, and ambitious startup Operator with hands-on expertise across People, Finance, and Product Operations.

Required experience
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Finance, People, or Product operations, ideally at tech companies 
  • Intellectually curious, strong leadership drive, top-down communication, data-driven, analytical
  • Success in work environments with high professional standards, such as top-tier strategy consulting
  • Track record of building and optimising tools, systems and workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative domain such as Engineering, CS, or Finance
