Minimum 3 years of Proven in an operations management or specialist role. Strong understanding of process development, resource management, and operational efficiency. Experience in drafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Proficiency with scheduling software and other operational tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Core responsibilities:

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of services and projects. Monitor resource allocation, optimizing the use of personnel, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Coordinate with various departments to ensure that operations align with business goals and client requirements. Develop and manage efficient scheduling systems for staff, equipment, and other resources. Monitor service delivery timelines, ensuring projects and services are completed on schedule and within budget. Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust resources as needed to meet changing operational demands. Draft comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize operations across the organization. Oversee the implementation of new processes, ensuring all team members are trained and equipped to follow the SOPs. Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in business needs, industry regulations, or best practices. Ensure ongoing compliance with established SOPs, industry regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance or opportunities for improvement.
