Role Overview:
Join our remote team as a Scraping Engineer where you’ll spearhead the development of scraping tools and infrastructure essential to our data collection processes. This role is crucial for scaling our vast database and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the data feeds into our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable scrapers using Node.js, Docker, and AWS.
Manage data extraction from various online sources and ensure high data quality and integrity.
Work with the product and data teams to expand our data collection capabilities and integrate scraping results into our platform.
Optimize existing scraping tools and processes to handle increasing volumes of data.
Collaborate in the design and architecture of new features focused on automation and data processing.
