What You'll Do

📋 Assist Clients Through the Buying Process
Support customers with questions about products, purchases, and custom design options, ensuring they have everything they need to complete their orders.

📂 Update and Manage CRM
Log all customer interactions and updates in Monday.com CRM, keeping accurate records and ensuring seamless follow-ups.

📞 Provide Excellent Customer Support
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat, offering clear answers and solutions.

🛠️ Guide Customers in Custom Solutions
Help clients build their ideal playground by understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations.

📈 Contribute to Process Improvements
Share feedback from customers and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.

Is This You?
  • Experienced in Customer Support
    You have a background in assisting clients, managing inquiries, or supporting customers through online or sales processes.
  • Familiar with CRM Tools
    You know how to use platforms like Monday.com or similar systems to track customer interactions.
  • Professional English Skills
    You’ve worked in English-speaking environments and can communicate fluently with clients.
  • E-Commerce or B2B Experience (Preferred)
    Experience in e-commerce, B2B sales, or related industries is a plus but not required.
  • Customer-Focused and Organized
    You excel at understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and managing details effectively.
