Job description

This is a remote position.

FL3XX, the industry-leading B2B software platform for business aviation management, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated  Community Manager to nurture and grow our global community of users and advocates. As part of the FL3XX Marketing Team, you will be instrumental in driving engagement, communicating our brand values, and enhancing our presence across key digital and industry platforms.


Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement & Growth

  • Foster a vibrant, engaged community of FL3XX users, creating meaningful connections and promoting dialogue.
  • Actively participate in industry conversations on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and relevant aviation forums.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  • Bring creative, on-the-ball suggestions to amplify FL3XX’s voice in the business aviation industry.

Content Creation & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with FL3XX’s marketing strategies.
  • Create and share engaging text, image, and video content tailored to our community and industry audiences.
  • Collaborate with the FL3XX team to generate insightful and relevant content for webinars, social posts, and other digital touchpoints.

Event Organization & Education

  • Plan and execute community webinars to showcase FL3XX’s features and educate users on best practices.
  • Partner with internal teams to derive impactful content that addresses user needs and promotes our solutions.

Brand Advocacy

  • Strengthen FL3XX’s brand equity by growing an active and supportive community globally.
  • Turn conversations into opportunities to position FL3XX as the leader in business aviation technology.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.


Requirements

What we are looking for

  • You’ve held a community manager or very similar role before and can thereby add immediate value to our organization.
  • You’re a natural at building connections and know how to rally a community around our brand and solutions.
  • With proven experience in community and social media management, you know how to keep the conversation going.
  • With top communication skills, you can engage any audience with your words.
  • Content that stands out – whether it’s text, an image, or a video – and you know how to make it resonate with people. (send us links to your work!)
  • Ownership of multiple initiatives and projects.
  • Never afraid to try new things.
  • Fluency in social media tools and analytics (HubSpot is our go-to platform).
  • Always ahead of the curve that inspires others to jump on board.
  • Time zone & working hours - CET overlapping preferred.
