Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Growth: Manage and grow social media accounts, reaching millions of people through consistent, strategic content and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Build, engage, and moderate online communities (e.g., Telegram) around the clock to foster a thriving and active user base.
  • Viral Campaigns: Develop and execute viral campaigns to generate hype and boost visibility, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Marketing Strategy: Implement effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, analyse data, and refine strategies to optimize results.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts or online communities.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media trends, community engagement tactics, and viral marketing strategies.
  • Creativity: Ability to create buzz-worthy campaigns and content that captures attention.
  • Availability: Flexibility to manage and engage communities in real-time, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
