Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (includes 1 hr unpaid break)

As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s real estate operations, managing critical back-office functions that directly impact agent success. You’ll leverage your Spanish and English language skills to enhance communication, streamline data management, and support marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Handle bilingual communications, crafting professional emails and messages in Spanish and English
  • Perform meticulous data entry, focusing on agent profile updates and client information management
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns using tools like ListReports to support agent growth
  • Monitor and maintain effective client relationships through proactive CRM management
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Assist in developing and maintaining efficient administrative workflows
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights for business enhancement
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM management and data entry, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with real estate industry terminology (preferred but not required)
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
