Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented Program Manager in the healthcare payer domain with Benefit & Plan Administration of self-funded client who excels in client interactions, and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders to implement the healthcare benefit administration of large self-funded Employer groups. The ideal candidate will have worked in-depth in healthcare payer domain implementing large complex client or rolling out new products in the Health Plan Administration (Enrollment & Eligibility, Benefits & Claims Administration, Vendor integration, Member Portals & Engagement) in Program Management capacity.
Required Skills:
8+ years of program/project management functional Payer experience, with a focus on client and product implementation, including implementation and onboarding new self-funded clients.
4+ in Healthcare Payer with Business and IT Solutions across these domains for self-funded client implementation (Enrollment vendor upstream & downstream) Benefit Administration (new clients), Claims Administration processing), Portals, Finance (invoicing & billing, Reporting).
TPA 3rd Party Administration experience is a must.
Must have client implementation to ASO (administration) experience.
Stakeholder management skills in large complex project/program with Internal and external teams.

Labor Union experience.
