Ansell is looking for a Manager, Channel Sales to join our team in the Mid-West!

In this position you will play a vital role in all aspects overseeing the revenue and growth strategy for the targeted channel Distribution in North America.  Implement multi-functional business plans to penetrate target markets and manage business planning to assure the execution of the business plans and achievement of defined outcomes.

What your role will be?

  • Establish business plans with the targeted channels Distribution to assure that our objectives are aligned.   Assume accountability as the point person for measuring our progress toward achieving the objectives outlined in the plan.
  • Lead and oversee the Distribution team at Ansell from all functional perspectives, including the dotted line reporting of Operations and Customer Service delegates.
  • Develop annual marketing plans with the Distribution base to execute on competitive consolidation and other growth objectives and oversee execution, budgets, and ROI analysis.
  • Build relationships with the targeted channel Distribution executive management to generate support for the agreed upon business plan and ensure that each functional area in the two companies is working well together to achieve defined objectives.
  • Deliver a planning process to the sales teams that enables them to develop and implement successful business plans with the Distribution sales teams in their territory that result in growing sales & profits of our products, as well as our share of wallet.
  • Become the link between the external and internal Ansell teammates to ensure that our business processes are effective at achieving our operational goals.
  • Develop, document, and oversee the Regional Distribution rebate and incentive programs to achieve defined annual objectives.
  • Oversee all pricing strategies and specific programs that apply to the Distribution and ensure that common pricing programs are positioned to meet business needs across the Industrial channel.
  • Provide a quarterly forecast for each distributor, at the SBU level and adjust plans accordingly to achieve assigned budget.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with assigned distributor, utilizing internal stakeholders when needed, to ensure alignment and create visibility.


 What will you bring to Ansell?

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in business, sales or related field or equivalent experience including successfully performing in similar role
  • 3+ years sales experience in industrial sales with demonstrated success required
  • 3+ years experience working directly with Industrial Distributors 
  • PPE Sales Experience preferred
  • Travel required approximately 65-70%
