About The Role
This is a fully remote full-time opportunity to join a growing government technology company. We’re looking for a teammate who can work with customers early in the post-sale process, develop a project plan for a successful, on-time, on-budget launch, and lead conversations with client and vendor stakeholders to an efficient implementation of the Just Appraised SaaS platform.
The Launch Project Manager (LPM) is responsible for the Kickoff Process, working with customers to satisfy all IT, vendor, and deed requirements to begin the Launch Phase of a project. During the Launch Phase, the LPM is responsible for communication and expectations management, as well as ensuring the project is advancing on-time and within scope, removing blockers when surfaced. This role will also be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering the Just Appraised product training to end users.
What You'll Do
Oversee the project execution of Just Appraised product solution implementations.
Guide customers to meet all technical requirements for the project to enter the launch phase.
Create a project plan and drive the project toward the target timeline, coordinating internal resources and removing blockers.
Act as a point of escalation for the customer while going through the launch phase
Clearly set expectations and communicate with customers for a positive service experience
Works with technical resource teams to refine and prioritize tasks and user stories.
Able to identify new scope, document and discuss SOWs and change orders.
Ability to navigate difficult conversations regarding new scope or product features to balance on-time launch priorities against client workflow requirements.
Prepare and lead client presentations using video conferencing.
Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience
Experience in a client-facing role
Experienced in developing and delivering training to non-technical end-users
Understanding of Statement of Work (SOW) objectives
Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly and develop trust with others
Experience using tools such as Slack, JIRA, Trello and Confluence successfully for collaboration, execution and knowledge sharing across teams
Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
Time management and problem solving skills
Able to quickly adapt to new situations
Exemplary communication skills (persuasive written, compelling verbal)
Nice-to-Haves
Technical understanding of data and file exchange processes, APIs and web services
