Sales Manager Italy - Swine Sector (B2F)

We are looking for a Sales Manager Italy for the Swine market (Business to Farm) with proven technical and commercial experience in the veterinary sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales and managing the customer portfolio in Northern Italy, with a particular focus on Lombardy.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the field of animal nutrition and diet formulation for monogastrics (swine).
Technical skills in formulating diets and nutritional plans specifically for swine.
In-depth knowledge of the Italian swine market and key clients in the sector.
Strong commercial skills and ability to manage relationships with farmers (B2F).
Residence in Northern Italy, preferably in Lombardy.
Availability for frequent travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a customer portfolio consisting of swine farmers, focusing on veterinary and nutritional support.
Promote products and tailor-made nutritional solutions to improve farm performance.
Collaborate with the technical and commercial team to ensure an integrated and results-oriented approach.
Monitor market trends and propose development strategies to increase sales and strengthen the company's presence in the territory.
Participate in industry fairs and events to promote the company and its products.
