My client is a well-established digital marketing agency with a strong focus on Paid Media and SEO. They have built a reputation for delivering exceptional results while fostering a supportive and collaborative culture. With a remote-first setup and regular team socials, they prioritise both professional excellence and employee well-being.
They are now looking for a Client Service Director to take the lead on client relationships, ensuring exceptional service while identifying opportunities for growth. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and the delivery team, helping to shape strategies and resolve challenges. This role also involves supporting new business development and playing a key role in the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and deliver an exceptional client experience, strengthening relationships through proactive communication and strategic planning • Lead the development of strategic account plans and business reviews to drive client growth and satisfaction • Identify new business opportunities and support upselling to expand client accounts • Mentor and support the delivery team, ensuring excellent service and successful project delivery • Collaborate with senior management to refine service offerings and improve client satisfaction • Act as a key point of escalation for client issues, providing solutions and driving positive outcomes
Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in client services management with a focus on business development • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Search, and Display • Excellent communication and organisation skills • Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite • Ability to travel for client meetings or team socials as needed
