THE POSITION
To manage and coordinate the onboarding process of Rynoh software for client accounts, as well as guide clients through using the software, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and proper installation.
Responsible for daily maintenance of bank retriever process as well as monitor and correct any retrieval errors
Complete installation of software within client’s network and establish connection with the client’s escrow software
Responsible for daily maintenance of client accounts, including reviewing, completing and submitting all necessary paperwork for client accounts and maintenance as needed
General knowledge of software implementation and ability to troubleshoot and correct any errors
Successfully handle any duties as assigned by manager with little to no supervision

WHAT YOU BRING:
High school diploma or GED
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support setting
Must have a greater than average understanding of computers and software with little to no hesitations on how to fix general computer problems
Must be a driven self-starter with a positive mindset and have the proven ability to work with little to no supervision
Must be able to multi-task and manage workload
Ability to meet deadlines and manage your own schedule
Proven flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of a growing business is a must
Written and oral communication skills are a must, with the ability to interact in person and over the phone with people from all backgrounds
Microsoft Office Products experience required
Must be able to pass background check
Experience in banking and/or the title industry is preferred
Experience in an IT setting with client interaction is preferred
Knowledge of online banking systems preferred
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
