Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our clients’ brands to life through expertly curated merchandise. From creating compelling presentations and negotiating with top suppliers to coordinating samples and product mock-ups, you’ll ensure every project exceeds expectations. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to stay ahead of trends, build strong vendor relationships, and keep the systems organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating compelling presentations: Fits with ensuring projects exceed expectations and crafting brand experiences.
Negotiating pricing: Aligns with building strong supplier relationships and delivering value.
Quoting and finalizing orders: Integral to ensuring seamless project execution.
Requesting samples and mock-ups: Directly supports the curation and presentation of merchandise.
Working with Marketing: Ensures merchandise is trend-forward and impactful.
Building supplier relationships: Reflects the emphasis on leveraging a strong network for success.
Maintaining records: Supports the organized, efficient workflow implied in the statement.

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales/sales service and/or promotional
products industry.
Recommended but not required 2+ years’ experience in the Promotional Products Industry
Recommended but not required to have Commonsku & HubSpot experience
Professional and positive demeanor
Extremely Organized
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and driven to continuously improve
