Title of Position: ATM Coordinator – NY, NJ or PA

Position Type: Full-Time. Typical shifts include Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Compensation Range: $31.25/Hr. - $43.24/Hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Responsibilities/Duties:

Oversee ATM Delivery Channel (Monitor, service, and Uptime)
Negotiate 99% uptime goal.
Oversee administration for ATM Network switches, data communication, and vendor servicing.
Negotiate and administer all contracts and service agreements.
Handle after-hours calls regarding problems of operational nature.
Establish procedures and training for branch and vendors.
Manage placement and servicing of ATM fleet.
Ensure ATM PCI Compliant.
Ensure compliance with ATM Safety Act for all federal and states our ATMs reside.
Ensure compliance with any ATM Network rules and regulations.
Ensure ATM is secure and always patched.
Manage the ATM Network Vendor relationship.
Ensure Data Accuracy.
Benchmark, analyze, report, and make recommendations to grow and improve delivery channel.
Establish and maintain stakeholder communication – internal and external.
Provides departmental back-up coverage as needed.
Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience is expected, 4-6 years of relevant experience are required without a degree.
Application support experience with Symitar and/or related core provider.
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.
