As a NOC Agent you will be a vital team member responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the health of our Wi-Fi and television network. Your role is critical in ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of high-quality services and content to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze network performance, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems.
Provide real-time support to field technicians, assisting in diagnosing and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or network engineers as needed.
Adhere to a rotating shift schedule, ensuring 24/7 coverage of the Network Operations

Qualifications and Requirements

4+ years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a relevant field is a plus.
Proven experience in a NOC or technical support role, preferably in the managed wi-fi or satellite television space.
Strong understanding of networking principles, protocols, and satellite communication systems.
Experience with a TV satellite equipment and tool is a BIG PLUS. (CignalTV, Skycable, GSat, Dish Network)
Network+ (Net+) certification is a plus.
Meraki ECMS certification is a plus.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
