This is a remote position.

Summary:

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to optimize our online presence and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and implementing SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. The SEO Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall digital marketing goals and contribute to the growth of the company's online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for search engine ranking improvement.
Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as GA4, SEMrush, and GoogleSearch console
Track and report on key SEO metrics including keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent and business goals.
Oversee Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI through paid advertising strategies
Perform technical SEO audits and work on site improvements such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.
Provide recommendations for improving the overall user experience and website usability.

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as GA4, SEMrush, and GoogleSearch console
Strong understanding of keyword research, link building, and content optimization.
Hands on understanding of SEM campaigns is desirable
Google Merchant and WooCommerce experience is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve SEO goals.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Additional Job Details:

Set-up and Location: Remote/ WFH

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEDT) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
